Thank you for order! We are a small business, a one woman show here! Please allow 1-3 business days from the day of purchase to process your order and to receive a shipping tracking number. Business day's do not include weekends and holidays.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your address before placing your order!

We know mistakes happen! If you accidentally place the incorrect address and you have not already received a tracking number for your order, please email us immediately at theeluxebrandllc@gmail.com with the correct mailing address.

If you have already received a tracking number, your order has already been shipped out. If package is returned by mail carrier, buyer is responsible for paying re-shipping fees.

If package is not returned by mail carrier, we are not responsible for lost package and we will not refund your order.
